Switch with the audit file.

Everything comes along, as a trial first.

SnelStart, Exact Online, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden or another package exports an audit file. You import that file into Klera. The chart of accounts with the client's own codes, the contacts, the opening balance if the file has one, the entries and the open items come along.

  1. 01

    Export the audit file

From the old package, as XAF 3.2 or 4.0. The client's own codes stay; Klera maps them to RGS.

  2. 02

Set it up as a trial

The entries are ready as a trial import and don't count anywhere yet.

  3. 03

    Compare every account

Klera compares each balance with the file. You see straight away what differs.

  4. 04

    Confirm or remove

If it matches, you confirm and everything is booked at once. If not, you remove the whole trial.

The import report of Jansen Architecten B.V. during a trial import: per account the balance according to the file next to this trial. All 6 accounts match.

What firms ask us

About your codes, your data, the return and who has access.

Can I use my own chart of accounts?

Yes. Upload it as CSV or XAF, or paste it from Excel. Klera maps it to RGS, the Dutch standard chart of accounts. Every new client gets your codes. Existing clients get a proposal that you accept client by client.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU. The database is in Frankfurt (Germany) and the app runs in the Netherlands. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Who files the return?

You do, as an intermediary, with your firm's BECON number. Klera sends the return through Digipoort. Nothing goes out without the client's approval or an authorisation.

Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. Ask for it through the contact form or during your introduction.

Can my client see my chats with Fin?

No. A chat with Fin belongs to you alone.

Who can log in?

Everyone at your firm logs in with a second factor: a passkey or an authenticator app. For each colleague you choose the role and which clients they see.

Can I leave again?

Yes. You can download any set of books as an audit file (XAF 4.0) and import it into another package.

How does my firm get started?

With an introduction. We set up your firm's workspace for you. Then you invite your colleagues and clients yourself.
